From the post to the front office
I didn't come to this from a desk. I came up through the operation — learning what keeps officers showing up, what makes clients renew, and what regulators are really looking for when they walk in the door. That ground-level perspective is the foundation of how I manage.
Over the years I've scaled multiple guard companies: building hiring pipelines, standing up post orders and training programs, tightening payroll and licensing compliance, and winning and keeping contracts. I've sat in the operator's chair through growth, through tough clients, and through audits.
Audits passed with flying colors
A BSIS audit doesn't scare me, because I run operations that are built to pass one every day of the year. Clean registration records. Current training and certification files. Post orders that match reality. When the operation is right, the audit takes care of itself — and that's exactly the standard I hold your license to.
Relationships that actually help
Years of doing it right build something you can't fake: credibility. I have genuine working relationships with BSIS and regulators, earned by running compliant operations — not by cutting corners. And because I understand guard culture from the inside, I have credibility with the officers on the ground too. When something needs to be worked out, those relationships are the difference between a problem and a crisis.
What I bring to your license
- Operational depth — I've run the things your business depends on, at scale.
- Compliance discipline — audit-ready as a habit, not a scramble.
- Regulatory trust — real relationships with BSIS and regulators.
- Industry fluency — I understand the guards, the clients, and the regulators.
